Statement regarding Round 5 event postponement

9/22/19 – Message to all Team Demo fans from Dirt Oval 66 President, Sherri Heckenast

I would like to take a moment to respond to phone calls, questions, comments, and posts about our annual “Racin’ for Boobs” event that was scheduled for 9/21/19.

Dirt Oval will make every attempt to start, resume, and finish an event as scheduled. Should weather conditions indicate there is a danger to our fans, competitors, or staff or if the weather is severe to the extent that it would prohibit the competitors and/or Dirt Oval staff from facilitating the event, the Dirt Oval reserves the right to cease, delay, and/or conclude an event. 

Decisions made in regards to weather are based upon forecast information obtained from the National Weather Service. 

Because we appreciate the loyal fans that we have, Dirt Oval 66 does the absolute best we can to satisfy every single customer that walks through the gates. It may not always seem that way, but our best effort is put forth every single time. 

Our staff is made up of individuals like yourselves that have jobs and families. They choose to be part of the Team Dirt family because they WANT to. They give up their weekends to facilitate these events.

We spend a great amount of time, effort, and money to GIVE BACK in several different ways throughout our season. And we can do that because we have loyal fans. Reasonable feedback is important. 

Tournament of Destruction Round 5 “Racin’ for Boobs” has been rescheduled for Sunday, October 27, 2019. All tickets including pit passes purchased for 9/21 must be in-hand to redeem and will be valid for this event only. 

New tickets are available for purchase online or by calling our ticket office at 815-740-8000.

There will NOT be an additional parking charge. We appreciate your business.
